Fluorescent spectral imaging:

Simultaneous separation and unmixing of fluorescent and reflective components from a spectral image

Fluorescent imaging is important for color reproduction as well as bio-imaging. Spectral imaging technology is beneficial for fluorescent imaging, in particular when multiple fluorescent materials are mixed in the object. In this work, we propose a method for separating the reflective component and multiple fluorescent components from a spectral image captured under special illumination. It enables single-shot and video fluorescent imaging.
